Who here would remember the cartoon of my childhood, Underdog?
It is along the lines of other similar cartoon themes of the day where the hero is the one least likely to succeed, who bumbles his way to defeating the archenemy. Somehow the mistakes work out in the end to save the day.
Here’s what today’s paradox reminds us. Don’t overlook the person least likely in your mind to succeed. Looks are deceiving! The underdog may be the one person on the team whose ideas disrupt the status quo, the one who when given a chance will prove the surprise and unexpected.
